Using the WealthEngine

WealthEngineChild Form

WealthEngine is a third party prospect research application that assists organizations in maximizing their fundraising return on investment. Before you can see WealthEngine information in netFORUM, an administrator must complete the WealthEngine Setup.

Note: Although constituents can be individuals, organizations, or chapters, the WealthEngine child form displays only for individuals.

WealthEngine Child Form Information

The WealthEngine child form allows you to get a snapshot of the constituent's WealthEngine profile. The data that the child form displays is pulled from WealthEngine. You see the following columns on the WealthEngine child form:

Column Description
Total QOM Displays the total Quality of Match. Click the linked number to open the Quality of Match page and score for the constituent.
P2G Score Displays the constituent's Propensity to Give Score.
Capacity Rating Displays this constituent's giving capacity rating.
Capacity Range Displays this constituent's gift capacity range in number of currency.
Last Updated on Displays the last date that the WealthEngine information for this constituent was updated.

Edit Icon

The edit icon works differently on the WealthEnginechild form. Click the edit icon to see WealthEngine Details for this constituent. This page displays information from WealthEngine, but does not let you edit any of that information.

Update link

To update the link to WealthEngine, use the following steps:

  1. Click the update link to open a netFORUM page that shows the name and address for the constituent that you are about to update.
  2. Click the Connect to WealthEngine button to update WealthEngine information for this constituent. If the connection and update is successful, this page displays the message Successfully Updated.
  3. Click the Close button to return to the Constituent Profile. Use your browser to refresh the Profile page. The updated information appears under the WealthEngine child form.

Child Form Icons

Use the following icons to work with child forms. Not every form will have all of the icons listed.

Use This Icon To Perform This Action

expand/close icon to expand or close a child form.

goto record icon to view that record's profile page.

add icon to add a new record to the child form.

edit icon to edit a record on the child form.

delete icon to delete a record on the child form.

grandchild form icon to expand or close a grandchild form.

new window icon to open a child form in a new window.

more info icon to see more information about the a record on the child form.

linked headings to sort the records.
